Automatic Outage: Radials older than 12 hours. Operator should investigate.

Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

Got an alert message that radials were missing. I was able to connect to the web power switch and I could connect quickly to computer with ssh but screensharing stalled out and never connected. Cycled power to the computer through web power switch and site starting collecting data again.

Status switched to 'Closed'
